How should I wash and care for my 2XU apparel?
To maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics, machine wash in cold water with similar colors and air dry in the shade. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble dryers as they can damage the elastane fibers.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, 2XU provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all compression products and performance apparel purchased through our official store.
