At 2XU, we are committed to your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All returned gear must be in original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the compression gear or apparel you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
